Hi Yigit,
Here is a url off the TAC site and is the best description of FRTS I have
found. It was only posted recently. The diagram is very good and it
describes the Be value as the burst about the CIR (Bc) which makes sense to
me. If you use this method the byte increment and limit appear to have
values which also make sense.
It seems as if there is a lot of confusion about this though and I guess in
the exam you could tell the Proc what methods you know and ask if he/she has
a preference.
