Hi all,
I found this example in CCIE power session pdf.
Port 64000
CIR 32000 average traffic rate without congestion
MinCIR 16000
Bc: 4000
Be 32000 amount of excess allowed once credit has built up
but according to some other docs, Be should be
Be= EIR /Tc = 4000
why do we equate Be to EIR ? In which cases we assume that Be is the
excessive amount of data can be sent in the first time interval ??
Regards,
Yigit
