This list seems to go through periods when the "NDA Police" come out in full
force.

I agree that if someone sees (or thinks they see) an NDA violation they
should NOT post something to the list as this only draws attention to the
question and causes a slew of flame messages. I would think it appropriate
to send a message to the person who posted the supposed NDA-violating
message and discuss the issue. If you feel strongly about it, send a
message to one of the moderators of the group to see if they will kill the
thread. (If you don't know who they are perhaps you should cozy up with the
groupstudy search engine)

I don't think Chuck is very shy about posting who pays his salary; last time
I checked, his employer hadn't been acquired by Cisco.

Without commenting about this specific issue, I will say that there have
been A LOT of blatant NDA violations that I've noticed in the month or so
since I visited the lab. Many of the postings are copied verbatim from the
scenario that I received in the lab.

IMHO, the people that aren't willing to spend the time to research (via CCO,
etc.) the answers to the questions they obviously missed in the lab are
simply lazy. If you are really lost and can't find the answer on your own;
at least have the decency to re-state the question in your own words.

Just my $0.02

Ben

P.S. Don't even bother sending me a reply asking what threads were NDA
violations (I know someone will ask) - I'll simply delete the message.
