Hi,

>From the CD, it shows the command "fair-queue" in class-based queueing is only
used in default class. The queue-limit 5 means tail drop will apply.

Could experts here explain why it is only used in the default class?

Trying to understand some simple concepts on queues. Does the below say
that class1 has 20 queues and each one can hold 5 packets?

policy-map VoIPWRED
class class1
fair-queue 20
queue-limit 5
