I am doing fatkid lab 505,on isdn section,it states "The dial-up line
between R2 and R3 should also be brought up if the serial line between R3
and R5 exceeds 50% utilization. In this case the line should handle 1/3 of
the traffic from R3"

Whats the command used to configure this task?I cant seem to find answer on
