Dialer Profiles & Multilink - Not working ?

I encounter the following error message when trying to set multilink up on a
dialer profile. Everything operates as it should when using just 1 channel,
but when trying to get multilink involved, this is the error I get :

"BR0 DDR: has 2 ongoing call(s), maximum allowed call(s) 2 on pool 1, exceeded
max"

Anyone any ideas why this is the case ?

IOS is 12.0(9)
