hiya,

what i would try is powercycling, and ctrl-break, the 2621 goes to ;

rommon>

then like you were going to do password recovery, bypass the startup config

rommon> confreg 0x2142

after reload, the router will enter the intitial config dialogue, ctrl-c to
bypass that, and you'll have a clean router, reset to the correct baud rate,
and you can reconfigure, set enable pass etc.
