The interface-dlci command is used for point-to-point sub-interfaces. IOS
won't allow you to use a "frame-relay map" statement on a p2p sub-interface.
On point-to-multipoint interfaces (and sub-interfaces) the frame-relay map
statement is usually what you want to use.
