Regarding to your second question, you can do it by updating system
calendar, if there is one in that router. Commands:
#clock set hh:mm:ss DD MMM YYYY
#clock update-calendar.
You will not be able to do this in a router without a system calendar, their
time can be synchronized by NTP protocol.
