Hello,

For the first question, if it is the ntp client i used to set the clock very
near from master or to make the client reboot (as your second question).

For the second question, it depend on cisco router: they must be battery with
the clock, but i don't think there is one on 16xx or 25xx routers. it is more
for 7x00, i don't know for 4x00 and 36x0, 26x0. Just look at CCO:
