Another less expensive option would be to create one 16 partition can
spanning two 8 Mb chips. Below are the steps for those who are not familiar
with the procedure:
1). Boot up with config-register 0x2101 (boot from ROM)
2). Erase any files from your flash: erase flash, IOS will ask you which
partition you would like to erase, do partition 1 and then 2
3). Wr erase (to remove partion commands that IOS put into config) or
3). Remove the "partition" commands from your config an save it to DRAM
4). Reload your router, it will come up with 1 16Mb partition
5). Copy your new IOS to flash
6). Change your config-register back to 0x2102
