yes. There are a number of sources:
Brad Ellis (www.optsys.net) bellis@optsys.net
Kelly Griffin (www.kg2.com)
and then there's always eBay - search for cisco flash
btw, to see how what flash modules are installed, type 'sh flash chip' in
privileged Exec mode. If you get a display like this:
R2#sh flash chip
8192K bytes of processor board System flash (Read/Write)
Chip Bank Code Size Name
1 1 01D5 1024KB AMD 29F080
2 1 01D5 1024KB AMD 29F080
3 1 01D5 1024KB AMD 29F080
4 1 01D5 1024KB AMD 29F080
1 2 89A2 1024KB INTEL 28F008SA
2 2 89A2 1024KB INTEL 28F008SA
3 2 89A2 1024KB INTEL 28F008SA
4 2 89A2 1024KB INTEL 28F008SA
you have 2 4M flash SIMMs and need 2 8M flash SIMMs to upgrade to 16M Flash
If it shows 8192K and only 4 chips, then you need only add one 8M flash SIMM
to get your 2514 to 16M Flash.
Once you get the 16M flash installed, you issue the config command
"partition flash 1 16" which puts the entire flash into one 16M contiguous
area. If you already have 2 8M partitions, then erase the image from one of
the partitions using the exec mode command "erase flash" and perform the
partition command to concatenate the two 8M flash SIMMS into one 16M area.
