Don't forget that once you change your settings on the console port (like
you did below), then you also need to change the settings in your
Hyperterminal!!! They have to match.
In Hyperterminal, once you change the connection properties, disconnect,
then reconnect. In some versions, you will need to completely exit
Hyperterminal and come back in to have the new baud rate take effect.

then I lost all,no response,then what shall i do ?
