I have never received a support e-mail from this individual, but I will try
and help any way.

Below is a link that might help.

http://www.optsys.net/simlinefaq.html

Things to check.

-- The interfaces on the sim are S/T. Do your routers have S/T interfaces?

-- The ISDN sim should work right out of the box with the default phone's.
Reload the default config on the sim just to be sure. There is a Windows
based GUI interface for this process on the supplied CD-Rom.

-- Did you set your switch type on the routers as NET-3 with no spids
configured?

-- Have you tried a different version of IOS. Some of the newer IOS versions
have problems with ISDN.

-- Have verified your patch cables you are using for the ISDN connections.

It might also help if you post your router configs and output from show isdn
stat on each router.

If none of this works please call me at Ph#248-299-8114.

Subject: TROUBLES-- ISDN simulator from marc russell

Hello Group.

I bought one of cciebootcamp's ISDN simulators, and have not been able
to get
the thing working.
I have gotten NO support from them, just condescending emails about how
great
they are and stupid I must be.

If somebody out there has gotten one of these working, **please email me
with
a sample config.
I just have two BRI0 interfaces on 1600 routers that I need to
connect...I
don't care if you are using dialer maps/strings/profiles/whatever.
I just need to get this thing up and running so I can move on.

As always, thank you for your assistance.
Zakir
