OT: 3640 FXO backup VG200 T1

We have 2 VG200 with dual T1 NM-HDV as our primary phone circuit.

We are trying to install 8 FXO into 3640 to back the VG200s in case T1
failed.

Can anyone provide a sample configuration for 3640 to have FXO talking to
Call Manager by using H323? (I found the sample config for MGCP on CCO, but
I heard it was not stable)

Where I can get some info about setting up Call Manager pointing 3640 as the
backup?
