The problem is the fact that your igrp process also includes the ISDN
interface due to its classfull nature, and you are redistributing igrp into
ospf. if you do a debug on the router running igrp and ospf, you will see an
external LSA going into OSPF which is your ISDN link. you can solve this one
of 2 ways. either put a no peer neghbor-route on the ISDN interfaces. or use
a route map to block the redistribution of this network from igrp into ospf.
