yes, OSPF will advertise loopbacks with a /32 mask. On some of the new code,
not sure which ones exactly, you can use 'ip ospf network point-to-point' on
it and OSPF will then advertise it correctly. Also, this question is asked
about once a month, if you look at the archives a more detailed explanation
could probably be found.
