I think from a R & S CCIE exam perspective and what you are more likely to
encounter,
the ATM. BUT the ATM that you see will probably be relatively easy. With
very
little practice you should be ok with ATM.
With voice, as I said above, you are probably less likely to get this
technology; BUT if you do
and you have only practiced a little, like ATM, you could still be in big
trouble.
So from the above, I would get the voice, but I would only get it if I had
labtime scheduled with ATM, also.
