DLSW mac address filter

Here is the question,

dmac-output-list will filter out the explorer's destination mac address.

The following command set only permit explorer packet with certain mac
addr
{
  dlsw icanreach mac-addr H.H.H 0.0.F
   dlsw icanreach mac-exclusive
}

so in that sense, I can use either way to make a mac address filter of
DLSW.
Is that correct?
