Let me take a shot at this.
dmac-output-list when configured on a remote-peer statement will tell the
local peer that for this remote peer, only mac addresses defined in the list
are reachable.
icanreach mac-addr is used to tell the remote peers which mac-addresses are
reachable for this local peer. The mac-address format should be
H.H.H F.F.O not 0.0.F.
