Hi Bryan, I'm certainly no expert but might be able to add other solutions
to this problem. The following link does a good of of explaining the three
possible workarounds to the problem you are having:

Subject: Dialer OSPF keeping the line quiet

Question for the dialer experts out there. I'm doing CCBootcamp lab 17
dialer section with DDR OSPF demand with callback. Here is a quick topology:

   r6---isdn/ospf,area5----r5--frame/isis--r14---ospf/area10---r6

isdn ip's
r5 10.1.35.5 /30
r6 10.1.35.6 /30

This is just a snapshot of the full topology but there area that is causing
me problems. on R14 there is mutual redistribution between isis and ospf. I
have set up ospf demand circuit between r5 r6 etc, I cannot keep the line
quiet though because I keep getting 10.1.35.5 /32 added to r6 when the line
goes down causing the line to come back up. I set up a distribution list in
to deny either /32 address from both sides entering so that it does not get
added to the routing table. I had also tried putting ip ospf net p-p on the
interface that didn't work either. Any ideas

Thanks,

Bryan
