You can do x.25 over the D channel on an ISDN link. Its only 9.6 kbps, but
that might be enough for testing.

I can't seem to x.25 provider in the US. I am in northern California. Need
to do some testing here for one of our clients in Asia whoz purely X.25
environment. Need to simulate their setup. Called PacBell, looked around
