I'm pretty sure it's...
1 - prefix length, admin distance, metric
(e.g. an OSPF route for 192.168.77.0/27 would be placed in the table even if
an EIGRP route of 192.168.77.0/24 existed - and we know that the AD of EIGRP
is better than that of OSPF).
