Use of the "load" K value isn't recommended, it can lead to unexpected
behavior. Also it doesn't work as most people expect, "load" only comes
into play if you tell eigrp to use it AND only when the route is *first*
put into the routing table. The route will *not* be changed as a result
of the load, you would have to clear the route first and then it would
make path selection using load at that time when it agains put a route
back into the routing table.
