Ahmed,

(1) Do you get the same results when you plug into the Aux ports?

(2) From a connected router, can you get an IP address to telnet into from
"show cdp neighbor detail"?

(3) Can you break out of the boot sequence?

If none of these are helpful on any of the 3 routers, I'd think you have the
wrong cable, are plugged into the wrong COM1 port on your PC, or have the
HyperTerm settings wrong. Can you use this cable and HyperTerm on any other
routers successfully?
