As you didn't post configs I'm curious; did you have the address L3
protocol address on the Bri or dialer? EIgrp should bring the interface
up 60 second (by your config) after the "backed up" interface goes
down. ANy reason you are waiting 60 seconds? How about "backup delay 5
30" after your "backup interface bri0"? You should need a floating static
with backup interace unless you don't want to run a routing protocol over
the isdn circuit after primary link failure.
