- 12.1.5T(x)'s seem to work, with small caveats.
Be careful with the spi key number, it seems that
some IP Mobile clients expect decimal, while others
do not.
It is also important when you are building the ascii
key, to completely specify the 16 character field.
IOS does not seem to authenticate ascii keys other
than 16 characters exact.
i.e.
ip mobile secure home-agent <ip address> spi decimal 1234 key ascii
1234567812345678

Subject: Mobile Ip command
I configured Mobile Ip.
I used IOS 12.1T but It doesn''t permit command:
ip mobile sercure host a.b.c.d spi 100 key cisco1
It just supports key in hex string.
Which does IOS version support key in ASCII string? (not hex string} and
What is relation between ASCII key string and hex key string? thanks
