Susan,
I think the point raised by Sakir is that if you are good, you are good. It
is however irrelevant to this forum if you are a woman, black, yellow,
white, brown, surfer , etc..., if you need specific support for woman , then
refer to the Women for Women in IT support forum...
In fact, reverse discrimination in IT exists..... but it's not relevant to
this forum, so let's end that....
