The bandwidth command does appear to affect the load value, which makes
sense, as it is a mathematical calculation involving the packets in/out and
the overall bandwidth used. So, what I've seen in the lab agrees with what
you found!

Subject: FW: bandwidth command
ok, now i have been told that the bandwidth command does not affect what the
load counter shows on the interface, i.e. 1/255 or whatever. after some
studying today on mmy lab, i think i have determined otherwise. any
comments?
