DLSW Question - Load Balancing

Does anyone know what the difference between these two commands:

dlsw load-balance round-robin
dlsw load-balance circuit-count

also when I type the command "dlsw duplicate-path-bias load-balance"

when I do a "wr t"

the output in the dlsw section shows "dlsw load-balance round-robin"

Is this by default?
