Can be weighted using circuit count, e.g.
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.2 24.2 circuit weight 10
dlsw remote-peer 0 tcp 10.2.20.1 circuit weight 20
This would distribute circuits with a 1:2 ratio.
