I guess things like this happen more often than one might think.
In my last attempt, some things were unintentionally inserted into my rack
right before the troubleshooting section. That made things much more
difficult for me 'cause I didn't know whether I was not correcting them the
right way or there was something REALLY wrong the hardware/software. The
proctor, of course, didn't believe me a word I said at first because it is,
after all, the "troubleshooting" section. One hour later, it took both
proctors to straighten out the whole thing. I did get an additional 45
minutes for that section, though.
