Michael: I would not configure ilmi (pvc 0/16) unless I were doing PVC
discovery. For PVC's, qsaal (pvc 0/5) is not needed nor desired. A
quick config is:

int atm 3/0
ip add 192.168.1.1 255.255.255.0
pvc 0/100
encap aal5snap (included here but also default)
protocol ip 192.168.1.10 broadcast (this is the map)

The PVC given to you is 0/100, and the target side has address .10.

HTH, Fred.
