Hi Zhiping,

BIA stands for 'Burned In Address'. It stands for the true MAC address for
the interface you are looking at. If you change the interface MAC address
from the orginal (it's default), when you do a 'show int' command, it will
display both the MAC address you had configured for the interface and the
true MAC address that was 'burnt' on the interface by the manufacturer.

Now, to be more specific, about the address 0000.0000.0000 - here's the
kicker - that address means the router doesn't know what the MAC address is.
I have seen this when doing a debug arp command, but not a show int command.
