BIA is Burned In Address - the MAC. I'm confused why it is set to zero. Of
course, serial interfaces don't have MACs, so I checked my routers just to
be see if they were listed this way and they are not. The "BIA" shows up on
my token ring and ethernet interfaces only. What kind of interface did you
find this on?
