You don't have a dialer map for the network you are watching.
dialer map ip 10.2.2.0 name r2 broadcast 53511676
Also if you are trying to deny OSPF on your dialer-list it is incorrect.
OSPF is not a broadcast.
access-list 101 deny ospf any any
access-list 101 permit ip any any
