Got it!

The flash is dead. Thats why there are no copy commands, I have nothing to
copy too, I have to crack the box and find out if it just came loose in
travel.

Also the TFTP copy problem I had is that I can't specify

Boot network <file>

I had to

boot system tftp <file>
