Take out the command ntp source loopback 0. This doesn't serve any purpose.
Before any synchronisation will be done you have to make sure the master
router at least synchronizes with itself!!!!!

Try it and see

Subject: NTP questions

Guys,

Maybe it is simple to solve this problem but I don't know how to do this. I
have configured ntp server on 3620 router and clients on 2514. When I
reboot whole rack all routers looses synchronization.
What is the problem?
Configurations are very simple, on 3620:

ntp master
ntp source loopback 1

I know that should be also ntp update-calendar, but I can't put this
command (IOS c3620-d-mz_121-5_T8.bin). Actually there is no "ntp
update-calendar" command in my IOS.

On 25134

ntp server (loopback 1 address on 3620)

Every nets are reachable. I use OSPF.
