Thanks for the answer. I think I still confuse about the MAC address and
the mask. How about 700 access-list.
For example:
If I would like to permit a range of MAC address 0080.AB00.0000 -
0080.ABFF.FFFF
Will it be:
access-list 700 permit 0800.AB00.0000 FFFF.FF00.0000
Or
access-list 700 permit 0800.AB00.0000 0000.00FF.FFFF

the thing to remember that icanreach mask works just like mask in ip route
statement, not like in access-list wildcard mask
so the solution is correct
