My point is that if companies are paying for advertising emails there should
be a notification that this email " Is a paid advertisment of the Joe
Company" and to whom the proceeds go. That way there are no UCC violation
questions if it pertains to email advertising. Again RIP and not the
protocol. Free speak and the spirit of the Internet will prevail. (i hope)
