*** yes it is related to the frame-relay type. However you wouldnt need to
add the ciso or ietf statement if you configured subinterfaces. This command
is really dependant if you are in a partial or full mesh cloud.
Also if you specify frame-relay encap cisco or ietf you do not need to add
those statements to your DLCI map statement above.
