Mike,

Please correct me if I am wrong, but matt is saying that if he plugs in the
other isdn line that he already have, everything works fine, doesn't that
mean that the NT, Cable, WIC are working?

Hi Matt,

This usually means that the NT, cable, or WIC is bad. (Note the Layer 1
error) Since you've ruled out the WIC, try swapping cables, then NTs.
