Daniel,

Try reloading the router. I just set voice up to see
if I got the error and did and a reload corrected the
problem. 12.0(7)T and 12.1(5)T5 code...

Also, your dial-peer is configured as pots so I'm
guessing a IP target on a pots peer isn't going to do
much. What I noticed when I got the error was the
first time I set up the dial-peer it gave me pots,
voip, vofr as options but after I got the loopback
error it only gave me pots as a option for new
dial-peers until a reload.

Smells like a bug. This reminds of me a previous post
made awhile back by someone that couldn't get VoIP
working without having a loopback address configured.
If they removed the loopback address he got busy
signals. Don't know if he ever found out what was
going on... I just play with voice over and am not a
guru in it.
