A search for 'mobile ip' in the Cisco IOS Feature Set Matrix at
http://www.cisco.com/warp/customer/cc/pd/iosw/iore/iore113/prodlit/705_pp.ht
m (watch the word wrap), shows you need 12.1 IOS to do the mobile ip
examples you posted in your message. Note the difference between 'mobile
ip' and 'local area mobility' (LAM) which is available in IOS 10.3 and
higher.
