Hi all,
In the event that the OSPF id changes on an OSPF enabled router (i.e. the
loopback interface is changed/added etc.), are there any steps short of
reloading a router to allow neighbors to adjust their neighbor tables to
reflect the new OSPF id? I have tried 'clear ip ospf process' on all
adjacent routers to no avail, but reloading seems to do the trick. As time
management is critical in lab, I am seeking a faster solution (or perhaps a
correction in my thinking).
