Hi Elias,

Two things here. Are you entering the command as "clear ip ospf process" or
"clear ip ospf <process #> process". Either way it is the same, unless you
are doing the first command and you have multiple OSPF processes running on
the router. You can also avoid having to reboot the router if the IP address
of a loopback changes by using the "router-id" command in OSPF configuration
mode. This command lets you specifically specify the Router-ID, without it
being tied to a loopback interface. I believe this same command works for
BGP also. This is a new 12.0 command and I would think it is allowed on the
lab, unless you are specifically told not to use it. I guess specifically is
the new word for today. :-) I need to expand my vocabulary. :-)
