Elias,
In latest IOS versions there are just a couple of options:
1) reload router
2) use router-id command to reflect the new router-id and use clear ip o
process
3) remove and readd the ospf configuration
In previous versions clear ip o proc used to be able to make ospf repick a
routerID
by itself and in way earlier versions i believe ospf did this by itself when
you changed
the IP of the interface it used as routerID or if you introduced a higher ip
address etc.
