I haven't come cross with problems with with a mixature of 12.0 &
12.1. I've seen many bugs in the latest build but this is just a basic
scenerio. I quickly glance at the configs and they seem fine. Do a
"csim start #### 1"-->call simulator
####-->DNIS(phone #)
You could troubleshooting if the call is getting to the other side. If
not, its a voip problem...if so its a pots problem on the other side.
My theory is it has to do this the codec line:
codec g729r8 pre-ietf
If the codec connection doesn't match, The connection fails. Thats why
your getting one way likely.
Also whats the exact build for those machines?
