problem is, further into the lab it asks to confirm the token can be pinged.
Maybe the distribution filter should be applied then removed later if it's
deemed un-necessary.
I'm going to go with Justin's answer and assume because the word "interface"
is used and there's no mention of route filtering - it's just a requirement
for a "passive.."
Perhaps as a clean-up when I've finished the lab I'll filter any routes that
aren't necessary in any tables....(if I have time!!!)

interface. That would require a distribute list, because
passive-interface just keeps you from sending updates on that
interface...it doesn't keep you from advertising that interface if it's
