There are a few but mainly the difference is what it can't do! SP don't
normally run IPX , Appletalk etc... It's a more optimised IOS for the SP
enviroment with just IP really.
One of the feature that I love from the SP train is the ability to ssh to the
routers instead of just being able to telnet. Don't know if this has made it
too the main 12.1 series yet though, it might have. To enable it just
generate the rsa keys with "crypto key generate rsa", make sure you have a
domain-name for your router. You will also need usernames on the router or
TACACS.
I guess the group will come up with quite a few more of the SP features, this
is the only one I know.
